Colin Rickard knows more about electrical panels than most. He's been running CT Electric's custom Panel Shop for the last 15 years, and the panel shop itself has been designing and creating custom electrical panels for customers all over Ireland for more than 25 years.
Located at C. T. Electric on the Sean Mulvoy Road in Galway, The Panel Shop employs several long term staff, some of whom served their apprenticeship with the company, and can boast one of Ireland's most talented and experienced panel building teams. It is listed as an approved panel builder for Eircom, is a main agent for GE Power Switchgear and Metalwork, a local agent for Longstrup Metalwork and the nominated panel builder for SuperMacs, amongst others.
Colin's responsibilities in his current role are to oversee the day-to-day running of the business, covering Design, Pricing, Stock Control and liaison with customers and consultants, face-to-face, over the phone and via email. Part of Colin's duties also include regular site visit's and inspections to ensure that various priojects comply with stringent ESB requirements.

The CT Panel Shop works closely with a wide range of customers nationwide to produce electrical panels specifically tailored to their individual needs.
All custom panels are fully tested in house to ensure functionality and safety, including a 4KV flash test. The Panel Shop also offers in-house Gravograph Traffolyte Labelling with same day service available.
